The Sabkhat Arn is one of the largest sabkhas in the Arabian Peninsula. The Sabkhat is located in the Mahd Ad-Dahab Governorate, west of the Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region. It was named after the valley, which covers most of it, and is covered with white salt. The Sabkhat is about 50 kilometers from the cradle. It is surrounded by Harrat Bani Salim, and the Iraqi pilgrims road used to pass through it in the past.
