Located in Dhahran Al-Janub, Aseer. The ancient 1400-year-old mosque is characterised by its distinctive architecture, small white windows on its columns and verses from Quran inscribed on the walls inside. The mosque has been restored more than once over the past years. The mosque was built from mixed clay, its roof from gumwood and palm fronds. It is adjacent to a freshwater well carved in the rock.
